Corporate Branding
We can include your logo, trademark or special type or font for an additional $30.00 fee. All logo orders will receive proof prior to printing no matter the order size. This info will print on your web order receipt.
Artwork Requirements
Artwork must be PC compatible, high resolution, minimum 300 dpi. Artwork that includes grayscale, halftone, shadow or texture sometimes does not reproduce properly. If we have any problems reproducing your logo we will contact you. Any artwork saved from a web page is not usable. Please DO NOT tape, fold or staple the artwork. Faxed copies will not be accepted.
The preferred program files are:
- Opens in almost in any software (.jpeg)
- Adobe Photoshop (.tif)
- Adobe Illustrator (.pdf)
- Microsoft Word (.doc) Please make sure that you include a copy of the font file. If we open this file and do not already have your font choice it will default to one we have and your artwork will not reproduce correctly.
EMAIL Requirements - only if you are placing your order over the phone, fax or web site.
- Customer Number and/or Order Number MUST be in the subject line. We will NOT open your file if one of these are not there!!!!
- Contact information MUST be in the body of your email. (Name, Billing Address, Phone number & contact Email address)
- Your logo file MUST be attached to email not embedded (on the contact page) with in the email!
- Image MUST be 300 dpi or better at printed size. Please do not send anything smaller than 2”tall x 2” width

Quality Check
If you have a logo and/or signature template, you WILL receive an email or a fax that you MUST sign and APPROVE before we will start printing. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive your proof
