Shipping & Delivery

  • Custom printed orders generally take 2 – 5 business days of production time. Any Christmas card, Thanksgiving card, reminder card and note pad, list pad order is considered a custom printed order
  • Shipping/Delivery time is an additional 1 – 10 business days depending on the shipping method you choose. *This means you can roughly expect to receive your order within 15 business days from order date. Please keep in mind these are merly suggested delivery times.
  • Our main business is Christmas cards, and you are probably ordering during the busy Holiday season so with this in mind order as early as possible. Not only will you save money on expedited shipping but you will avoid the some of the holiday stress that ordering later brings. We are here all year round and start mailing you catalogs in September. Ordering September thru middle of October easy breezy, sit back and enjoy your holidays. Ordering middle of October thru December hello stress and counting the days until your order arrives.

Does NOT include production time! All orders are shipped from Henderson, Nevada... the farther away you are, the longer the delivery time takes. Starting October 2022 we will no longer refund for packages that are delivered late, expeditied or not. This is due to the delivery services changing their refund policy, which no longer includes refunding for late delivered packages during the Christmas holiday season.

  • Ground: 1 – 10 Business days + production time
  • Express Saver: 3 Business days + production time
  • 2nd Day Air: 2 Business days + production time
  • Next Day Air: 1 Business Day + production time

Please keep in mind if you order cards today they will NOT be at your door step tomorrow. Each order is created and printed specifically for you. We do not pull stock off a shelf this includes all cards that are ordered blank inside.

  • To help save additional time please email us your logo as soon as you have placed your order. Please see Logos in the footer below for all requirements. Sending us too small an image is usually the major delay issue.
  • This is the most time consuming process we offer. You place the order. We email you a template. You have everyone in the office sign it (this takes the longest with in this process). You email us the template back. We then email you a proof. You email us back with an okay to print. Then into production it goes. After it’s printed it ships. Please see Signatures in the footer below for all requirements.
  • As a norm we do not alter or adjust your logos, artwork and or signatures, but in the rare occasion that it needs to be adjusted this will add time and sometimes money to your order. Pre-press work fee is quoted on an as needed basis and all quotes will be made before any work is done.
  • All orders with logos and/or signature templates will automatically receive an emailed proof. There is no advoiding the approval process. If you make any edits, revisions or “would like to see it this way” it is going to add time to your order process. We will make 2 adjustments for free. Any other adjustments will add a $10.00 fee per adjustment. Your proofs are prepared and responded to in the order in which they arrive. Order date is not a factor, However, us having all the information to process your order is the driving force. Your production time countdown does not start until we have your OKAY TO PRINT!
