Adding Your Personal Touch
There is no better way to add that extra special touch to your holiday cards than to personally sign each and every one of them. This can be very time consuming and your time is valuable. We have the perfect solution that will get you back to work or home to your family and friends in no time at all. For an additional $30.00 we can add your signatures to the inside of your holiday cards. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3, 4.

1. Print out the emailed copy of the customized template on a sheet of blank white paper. Please keep in mind this can take 24-48 hours to arrive in your inbox. The email address your template will come from will be Artwork@PaulOxmanPublishing.com
2. Have all your associates sign the template you have printed out. You can sign in any ink color you’d like, including multiple colors, but please stay away from yellow, gold and silver. Please avoid signing through any of the greeting head and greeting body or outside any of the template lines. How you sign it is how we print it!
3. Scan your signed template and email it back to us at Artwork@PaulOxmanPublishing.com, same email address it originally arrived from. Please make sure you scan your file at a minimum of 300dpi and save your original just in case there is a transmission issue. We prefer you use a .TIF, .JPEG, or .PDF file. If you prefer not to scan and email your template back to us you can always mail it to us at:

4. Once we receive your scanned or mailed signatures we will then create a proof for you to approve. Your approval email could take up to 48 hours to get to you. If everything looks perfect please REPLY Back to the email Okay To Print. Once we are given the okay to print, your order will leave our facility within 1-4 business days.
